Hooded beaded blade front and two leaf adjustable rear notch sights on the lightly tapered barrel. The right side of the chamber is marked "CHROME BORE," and the left is stamped with the Weatherby name over the caliber. Standard receiver markings. The receiver is fitted with Buehler swivel style scope bases engraved rings and a Weatherby Imperial 4x81 scope. Features a jeweled bolt, extractor and follower. The floor plate is engraved with fine scroll and inscribed "WEATHERBY CUSTOM" in the center. Mounted on a fancy border skip-line checkered pistol grip stock with ebony forend and grip caps, sling swivel studs, diamond shaped inlay on the grip end, raised cheekpiece, and a vented Weatherby recoil pad. The right side of the buttstock has a white inlaid image of a horned animal on a contrasting darker wood background.

Excellent. 97% plus original high polish blue finish remains with mostly light handling marks overall. The stock is also excellent with rich color, crisp checkering, and loss of color on the white inlay making it difficult to determine what it is. Mechanically excellent. The scope is excellent with clear optics.
