Manufactured in 1909. Standard blade front and elevation adjustable sporting rear sights. Standard barrel markings and Winchester oval proofs. Mounted with a smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.

Very good plus with 50% original blue finish on the barrel and magazine tube, showing some wear on the muzzle end of the barrel and magazine, and some scattered minor spotting. The receiver has strong traces of original blue with the balance a smooth plum and gray patina. The lever and buttplate have a dark patina. The wood is good with scattered minor dents, dings and scratches. The markings are clear. The action is excellent.
