Manufactured in 1897-1916 with a globe front sight, standard factory markings, fine scroll engraving, a mid-range tang peep sight, double set triggers, palm rest with brass base, loop lever, Schuetzen style pistol grip stock, and casehardened Swiss buttplate.

Fine with 80% original blue finish, 25% case colors blended with gray and brown patina, brighter case colors on the lower tang, minor spotting, light edge wear, and some handling and storage marks. The woods is fine and has numerous pressure dings/scrapes visible in the otherwise crisp checkering, a few tiny chips, and minor scratches. Mechanically excellent. Additional information: the barrel has been drilled and tapped for scope blocks (not included) with a 9 inch on center spacing.
