Matching numbers are stamped on the barrel, frame, trigger guard, back strap, cylinder, wedge and arbor pin. The loading lever is unmarked.

Rating Definition:

Fine. The revolver retains 50% original blue finish (mostly on the barrel) with the balance a smooth brown-gray patina. Most of the cylinder scene remains. Strong patterns of original case colors are visible in the protected areas. The grip is fine with a number of minor dings on the bottom, otherwise high edge wear, prevalent on right grip, and some minor handling marks. Mechanically fine.
