Manufactured in 1921 and subsequently custom embellished late in the 20th Century. Floral scroll and punch dot engraving on the barrel, cylinder flats, frame, ejector rod housing and back strap. Gold inlaid wire band around the muzzle and breech end of the barrel. Directly ahead of the cylinder pin release button is signed "KS". Standard barrel and frame markings. Matching serial and assembly numbers. Blue finish with casehardened frame and hammer and fitted with smooth two piece grips with Colt medallions.

Very fine as professionally embellished with 99% blue and casehardened finish remaining, showing only light handling marks. The grips have an applied zigzag pattern on both butts with some minor age cracks and a very pleasant grain and patina overall. The markings and engraving are crisp. The action is excellent.
