The factory 38/44 Outdoorsman box has a illegible white label on the underside.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The revolver retains 99% original blue finish showing faint loss at the muzzle, limited minor handling marks and a light cylinder drag line. 99% plus original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. The grips are extremely fine with most of the finish remaining, a few minor handling marks and crisp checkering overall. Mechanically excellent. The faded box is very good with minor wear. Provenance: Frank Staig.
