This lot consists of two Parisian engraved percussion pistols with case and accessories. The top barrel flats are marked "fp Thomas Bte a Paris," and the left barrel flats have a "ELG" Liege proof. Except for the barrels, the major metal components feature a floral scroll engraving. The sights are fixed and the barrels are rifled. The floral scroll motif extends to the stock as a high relief carving on the forearm. The grips are fluted. The fitted case has a padded lid marked "THOMAS ARQr. Bte./21 PASSAGE DE L'ORME/A PARIS" in gold. The case contains the following accessories: wooden mallet, wooden ramrod, powder measure, double faced powder flask, bullet mold, ladle, combination screwdriver/nipple wrench, two wooden containers, lead balls, two bore rods and oiler.

Very fine. The barrel retains 85% original high polished blue finish showing thinning. The remaining metal surfaces have faded to a smooth gray patina overall. The stock is also very fine with some minor handling marks and a crisp carving. Mechanically excellent. The case is very good with faded and worn lining and numerous handling/storage marks.
