A commercial variant of the CM901 rifle, the LE901 was released to market in 2012. Closely following early AR-series rifles in ergonomics and function, the 901's lower receiver is compatible with both a new 308-sized upper and backwards compatible with older 223-sized AR-15 uppers via a conversion kit (not included). Folding post front sight and rail mounted folding peep rear sight, and a Vortex flash hider and bayonet lug on the 1/12 twist barrel, quad-rail monolithic upper receiver and a UTG brand 3-9x32 scope. The lower is Colt Defense marked on the magazine well, with a right handed two-position safety and ambidextrous bolt and magazine catches. Fitted with a standard pistol grip, a Vltor 4-position telescoping buttstock. Four Magpul Pmag-25 magazines are included, as are three rubber rail protectors.

Excellent, with 97% plus original matte black finish, showing some mild handling marks, chiefly around the right side ejector port and the front quick release bases. The stock is in equal condition. Optics are clear. Mechanically excellent.
