Description:

James Bullard, a silversmith, was active in London in the early 19th century around the 1820s. Marked "BULLARD" on each of the locks and "BULLARD 37 HIGH HOLBORN LONDON" on top of the rib.

Rating Definition:

Very good as period converted to percussion with mixed gray patina, light Damascus patterns, mild pitting, and general marks and scratches. The half-cock safeties are deactivated; otherwise, mechanically fine.
