Parr was active in the early 1800s in Liverpool. The pistols have "PARR" on the left and "LONDON" on the right in angles ovals surrounded by martial style engraving, small Birmingham proofmarks on the bottom of the barrels and actions, folding snap bayonets secured and released by the trigger guards, and smooth grips. They come in an older custom case.

Fair with mottled gray patina and minor pitting. The grip is fair with a dowel repaired break near the top, small chips at the edges, and minor dings. Mostly mechanically fine: the safety is ineffective, but the bayonet mechanism and action are very good. The case is fair with moderate storage wear and some small missing pieces.
