Description:

The lock plate is marked with a crown over "VR/TOWER" and a "crown/V" proof. It has fixed sights on a barrel marked with British proofs and the number "17", brass furniture and an iron swivel ramrod. The right side of the buttstock is stamped ""H.C.R./BO," British proofs stamped on the underside of the buttstock and buttplate tang marked "MYC/C/32."

Rating Definition:

Fair. It has a mottled gray patina with some minor pitting (mostly on the lock plate and hammer) and a protective coating applied to the metal surfaces. The saddle bar is missing. The freshened stock is good showing some minor pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
