Features low profile blade and notch sights, an "R/ASHMORE/WARRANTED" lock, plain trigger, attractive engraved patch box with unique horn release button in the toe plate, and smooth maple stock with some incised line accents along the forend, butt, and cheekpiece.

Good as reconverted. The barrel and lock have a mix of dark brown patina, modern finish, and some light pitting. The muzzle is worn at an angle on top. The brass has some aged patina. The engraving remains crisp. The stock is good as refinished and repaired with traces of breaks in the butt, sections of fine flame figure, and a few marks and scratches. Mechanically fine.
