Description:

No visible maker's mark. Features a fluted barrel with winged post front sight, flared section for rear sight mounting, replacement Aydt style peep sight with engraved base, border engraving on the receiver, "SYST/AYDT" double stamped on the left side of the breechblock, fain proofs on the right, Schnabel forearm with markings inside, and Tyrolean buttstock with adjustable single hook buttplate.

Rating Definition:

Very good as with 90% plus blue finish, 60% case colors, and mostly brown patina on the balance. The buttplate has oil staining and gray patina. The forearm is very good and has minor marks and scratches. The buttstock is good and has sanding on the edge of the thumb rest, crisp checkering, small dings, and extra large cheekpiece. Mechanically good. Should be a great shooter.
