Manufactured in 1965 in Belgium with a single steel bead sight, 3 inch chambers, ejectors, full/full chokes, single gold washed trigger, and tang mounted safety/selector switch. Coin gray receiver with masterfully executed Diana grade engraving of ducks on the right, pheasants on the left, a pair of quail on the underside, and the factory engraved initial "KHL" on the trigger guard. Both sides are signed "A.MARECHAL" in the lower center area of each scene. The forearm fittings are also fully engraved. The barrel is marked "SPECIAL STEEL - 12GA - CHAMBERED FOR 3" MAGNUM" with patent numbers on the right side and "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY St. LOUIS MO & MONTREAL P.Q./MADE IN BELGIUM" on the left side. Finely checkered forearm and stock with a vented Browning recoil pad. Stock measurements and weight are: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 14 1/4 inch length of pull; 8 lbs. 4.6 oz. Excellent overall with 98% plus original finish, some scattered light handling marks, crisp checkering, and a few small scattered dings on the buttstock. Mechanically excellent. Case is excellent with some mild storage wear.
