The only markings are the "eagle/N" proof on the right side of the receiver at the breech and "25/MG/7x57mm" on the left side of the barrel at the breech. The receiver, Greener style safety, floor plate, and trigger guard have fine Germanic floral scroll engraving as well as portraits of an stag and roe deer on the latter two. It features a beaded blade front sight on a serrated ramp, no rear sight, a Leupold Vari-X II 2-7x scope, checkered stock with schnable forend, carved horn grip cap, and serrated plastic buttplate.

Very good as professionally custom engraved and refinished with 95% plus of the finish, some minor oxidation, and scattered minor marks and scratches. The stock is fine with crisp checkering, a splice ahead of the bolt handle (previously cut for a right side mounted peep sight), and minor scrapes and dings. Mechanically excellent. The scope has crisp optics.
