The fancy trigger guard is also engraved and has a carved horn grip extension. Checkered forearm and horn break lever, with a flip up peep sight on the upper tang and checkered buttstock with raised cheekpiece and engraved flat buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .680 inch; minimum wall thickness .028 inch; drop at comb 1 3/4 inches; drop at heel 3 inches; length of pull 13 1/4 inches.

Rating Definition:

Good. The barrels have an overall mottled gray patina with small dings and light spotting throughout. The markings are clear and legible with most of the gold inlay present. The receiver and locks have an overall gray patina with sharp engraving, some small dings, and handling marks overall. The stock is fair as repaired with a visible break at the wrist, mostly smooth checkering, and small dings and dents throughout. Mechanically very good.
