Manufactured in 1917 and chambered for the rare .450 Eley. It is marked with the standard two-line address and patent marking ending in the 1905 date on top of the barrel, "NEW SERVICE 450 ELEY" on the left side of the barrel, "CLASSIC ARMS CORDOVA, TN" on the bottom of the barrel, the cross pennant proof on the left at the breech, small British proofs between the cylinder notches, the Rampant Colt trademark on the left, matching serial numbers, and "706 and "E" on the left side of the grip frame.

Very fine with nearly all of the replated combination bright and matte nickel finish , some slight nicks, and minor scattered scratches. The grips are very good with mild aging, mostly crisp checkering, a few slight dings, and a small chip on the left at the toe. Mechanically excellent.
