Decorations include a silver bullion luftwaffe eagle, 2nd Class Iron Cross button ribbon, transport/glider clasp, 1st Class Iron Cross medal, Pilot/Observer Badge and a silver bullion "triple eagle" patch. A faded "Bopp-Leon" (Lille, Occupied France) name tag is present in the inside pocket with an illegible owner's signature. 2) Hauptmann (Captain) private purchase tunic, with silver bullion/brass pip on yellow waffenfarbe shoulder boards and collar tab. Decorations include an early pattern "downturned" eagle, silver agilette cord, Air-to-Ground Support Squadron clasp, 4-piece ribbon bar, 1st Class Iron Cross, Pilot-Observer Badge, and a cuff title for Geschwader Hindenberg, which was active from the Invasion of Poland onward, including the Invasion of France, Battle of Britain, and Italy, performing air support among other tasks.
