Description:

Manufactured in 1870. This late Model 1849 pocket has standard markings and featured including matching serial numbers other than the wedge which is numbered "0132" ( misstamped?).

Rating Definition:

Fine with 40% original blue finish on the barrel, traces of original blue and a distinct scene on the cylinder, 30% plus original case colors, strong original silver plating under the grip and around the trigger guard, gray patina and some light oxidation on the balance of the iron, and aged patina on the exposed brass. The wedge screw is chipped. The hammer does not "click" through the normal stages or lock up other than at full cock. The fine grip has mild edge wear and much of the original varnish.
