Manufactured in 1907 and subsequently elaborately embellished. The revolver features near full coverage engraved inlaid motif consisting of flowering leafy vines and birds. The birds are inlaid in gold, and the floral pattern is inlaid in silver. The engraving on the ejector rod housing lacks silver inlay. The barrel has the two-line address and "45 COLT" surrounded by a gold border. The left side of the frame has the two-line patent dates marking followed by a gold bird. Matching serial numbers are on the frame, trigger guard and back strap. The metal grips are fully embellished with gold and silver plated motifs.

Fine as uniquely custom embellished. The revolver retains 50% of the high polish nitre blue finish for the background around the silver inlay with the balance a smooth brown patina. The grips retain nearly all of the silver and gold plating. Mechanically excellent.
