Manufactured in 1902. The accompanying factory letter lists this carbine with .32 WS chambering and screw sling eyelets (a special order feature) when it was received in the warehouse on October 5, 1904, and shipped on October 15. It features pinned blade and folding three leaf sights, saddle ring on the left side of the frame and carbine buttplate. The barrel is marked with the two-line address/patent date information and "32 W.S." on top and two-line nickel steel marking on the left side. The upper tang has the three-line model/trademark information.

Very fine. The carbine retains 85% plus bright original high polish blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The hammer and lever retain 70% original case colors. The wood is also very fine with some scattered minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
