Fixed sights, with the two line, two block address and patent dates on the left side of the slide, with the Rampant Colt behind the serrations and "AUTOMATIC COLT/CALIBRE 38 RIMLESS SMOKELESS" on the right. Equipped with a slide catch, a lanyard ring on the square butt, and checkered Colt banner grips with Rampant Colt imprints.

Very fine, with 85% of the bright original high polish blue finish, showing a mixed patina on the grip straps and high edges, scattered spotting, and some light scratches and handling marks overall. Strong niter blue is present on the trigger, with bright case colors on the hammer. The grips are also very fine, with some turn marks on the screws and light dings. Mechanically excellent.
