Manufactured in 1912. Blade front and notch rear sights, the two-line Hartford address and patent dates on top of the barrel, "NEW SERVICE 45 COLT" on the left side of the barrel, "VP" and "3" on the left side of the trigger guard and the Rampant Colt on the side plate. The knurled hammer, cylinder catch and smooth trigger are finished in a niter blue, with polished sides on the hammer. Fitted with a lanyard swivel and a pair of "COLT" imprint grips.

Excellent with 98% plus of the bright original high polish blue finish showing a tiny amount of spotting, a thin drag line and minimal handling marks overall. Vivid niter blue remains 90% intact on the parts with mild wear on the sides of the trigger. Grips are excellent. Mechanically excellent.
