Standard fixed blade front and frame notch rear sights, two-line address on top of the barrel, and "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" marking on the underside of the barrel. The underside of the barrel, yoke, and cylinder have small "H" inspection marks with matching numbers on the crane and yoke. The left side of the frame is stamped with the circled "GHS" inspection mark just ahead of the hammer. Smooth grips with a lanyard swivel and loop on the butt. With a "U.S." marked G&K leather holster dated "1917".

Very fine. 85% original blue finish remains with some light edge wear, small surface scratches and dings, some spotting and surface pitting on the trigger guard, and a mostly thin brown patina on the grip straps. The grips are also very fine with some small dings. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very good with tight stitching, overall solid construction, scuffs, and age cracking on the flap.
