Standard fixed blade front and frame notch rear sights, two-line address on top of the barrel, and "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" marking on the underside of the barrel. The underside of the barrel, yoke, and cylinder have small "H" inspection marks with matching numbers on the crane and yoke. The left side of the frame is stamped with a small "eagle head/7" inspection mark just ahead of the hammer. Smooth grips with a lanyard swivel and loop on the butt. With a "U.S." marked G&K leather holster dated "1917" and a canvas lanyard.

Very fine. 85% original blue finish remains with scattered light spotting throughout, an area of visible pitting on the underside of the barrel, mild edge wear, and a visible cylinder drag line. The grips are fine with small dings throughout. Mechanically excellent. Holster is good with tight stitching, overall solid construction, some wear and fraying around the closure loop, and verdigris around the brass fittings.
