The factory .38/44 Outdoorsman gold box is numbered to a different gun. Provenance: Frank Staig collection.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The revolver retains 99% original blue finish showing slight corrosion at the front sight base and a cylinder drag line. Nearly all the original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. The grips are also excellent with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is fine with a tear on top of the lid and some wear.
