Description:

Manufactured from 1915 to 1942 with this example shipped in July 1926. It has standard S&W markings, importer marking on the butt, original non-medallion grips, matching serial numbers on the butt, right grip panel, barrel and cylinder and matching assembly numbers on the yoke and crane. Provenance: Frank Staig collection.

Rating Definition:

Excellent plus. The revolver retains over 99% original blue finish showing a faint cylinder drag line. 99% plus original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. The grips are near new with sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
