Dated "41" over the chamber, with "byf" code on the toggle. "Eagle/655" and "eagle/swastika" proofs on appropriate parts. Overall finish is full blue, with a set of checkered grips, "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" markings, and a blued magazine with an unmarked black plastic base. Included with the pistol is an extra blue/plastic magazine, "655" marked blued steel takedown/loading tool and a black leather flap holster marked "P.08", "(illegible, possibly "cdg")/1941" and "WaA101" (Auwaerter and Bubeck. Stuttgart) on the back.

Excellent, with 90% plus original blue finish, showing some bright edge wear, hints of a gray patina on the grip straps, and scattered light spotting and handling marks. The grips are also excellent, with a few tiny dings on the crisp checkering. The holster is fine with some mild scuffs and cracks. Mechanically excellent.
