Manufactured during World War II as part of the limited number of Walther pistols intended for the commercial market; like most big-name German firms, Walther was heavily committed to government contracts, both for the military and police forces. Commercial Walthers were marketed to the German public, ethnic German settlers in occupied territories, and for export to neutral and occupied countries. Fixed sights, with the left side of the slide showing the Walther banner, two-line address and caliber mark, and "Mod. PPK", with the "eagle/N" proof on the right side of the muzzle, chamber hood and slide, and the matching hand-scribed partial serial number inside the slide. Fitted with a serrated ring hammer, 60 degree safety, checkered wraparound Walther grips and a matching magazine base. With Walther PPK "wood grain" box, extra magazine, manual, three inert rounds, and cleaning tools.

Excellent, with 97% plus original blue finish, showing some mild edge wear and handling marks. The grips are warping outward slightly at the bottom, but otherwise are very fine. The box is very good, with the serial number removed and mild scuffs and wear overall. Mechanically excellent.
