Fixed sights, with a blank chamber, "Geneva Cross/WAFFENFABRIK/BERN" on the front toggle link, "+/M" on the extension and small "Geneva Cross" stamps on multiple components. "P 63" is stamped on the left frame rail, indicating that it was released from government stores as a private sale item in 1932. Straw finished small parts, wide grip safety, and an unmarked nickel-finished magazine with a wood base. A brown leather Audley safety holster is included. The grips are checkered, with a brass plaque on the left panel inscribed "DEM U.O.V. ST. GALLEN/VON/EHREN-CENTRAL-PRÄSID./FW. THOMAS BRÄNDLI"; the U.O.V. is the Unteroffizier (NCO) Association, a voluntary association of Swiss NCOs, part independent training, part social club. The UOV in the city of St. Gallen (capitol of the Canton of the same name) was established in 1866 and disbanded in 2016. Records show Feldweibel (Master Sergeant) Thomas Brändli of St. Gallen as being active with the central organization of the UOV as early as 1919.

Very fine, with 95% plus Swiss arsenal refurbished blue finish, showing some mild edge wear and handling marks. The grips are good, with a thin crack forming beneath the inscription panel and some dark spots. 85% dark straw colors are present on the small parts. The holster is very fine, with some scuffs and wear. Mechanically excellent.
