Fixed sights, with "42" date on the chamber and "byf" manufacturer code on the toggle. The barrel extension and barrel are marked "eagle/135" and "eagle/swastika" proofs, the latter repeated on the breechblock. Matching partial numbers on many small parts. Finished is full blue, with checkered black plastic grips, two unnumbered "fxo" blued/plastic magazines, a blued steel takedown tool marked "eagle/135", and a black leather flap holster marked "jme/1942" on the back and hand marked "Upson" inside the flap. Upson has not been identified.

Very fine, with 75% plus of the original blue finish, showing a brown patina around the magazine well and grip straps, bright wear on the muzzle, barrel extension and high points, scattered spotting and some light handling marks. The grips are very good, with some dents and flat spots. The holster is good, with some scuffing and wear. Mechanically excellent.
