The pistol features a fixed ramp blade front and fully adjustable rear notch sights, un-numbered round barrel with ported muzzle, serrated adjustable trigger, serrated grip straps, checkered grips, and a serrated spur hammer. The right side of the barrel extension is marked "Built especially for/John Adams by Harry Sanford". With extra 7 inch vent rib barrel numbered to the gun.

Very good. 90% original finish remains with an overall dark patina on the grip frame, handling marks overall, and some mild edge wear. Grips are also very good with small dings overall, and some small chips along the lower edge. Mechanically excellent. Extra barrel is excellent with some handling and takedown marks.
