Description:

Manufactured in 1851, the second year of production, in the Third Model serial number range with the small round trigger guard. It has the standard markings and features, a replacement wedge, no visible number on the grip, and all matching numbers on the remaining components.

Rating Definition:

Fine with 40% plus original blue finish on the barrel and 70% original silver plating on the grip frame, 80% of the glossy varnish on the grip, subtle case colors, gray and brown patina on the balance, some light oxidation and slight pitting, crisp cylinder scene and markings, mild edge wear, and general minor scratches and dings.
