Description:

This presentation case is lined in burgundy velveteen and five compartments for relevant accessories. The compartment for the revolver is fitted for a Colt pocket revolver with a 5 inch barrel. The following accessories are included: sealed Hicks cap tin, exceptional early production "COLT'S/PATENT" marked two cavity brass bullet mold and single face eagle powder flask.

Rating Definition:

Fine. The possibly relined case is fine showing a number of minor scratches on the exterior and some high spot wear on the lining. The original brass bullet mold is very fine showing a mottled gray patina on the sprue cutter. The powder flask is also very fine with 80% of the finish remaining.
