One of 255,040 manufactured around 1864-1865. Standard markings and features. Dated "1863" on the lock and barrel. Includes a socket bayonet.

Rating Definition:

Fine overall with 60% vibrant case colors on the hammer, subtle case colors on the lock, mostly bright remaining surfaces, some minor spotting and scratches, and some minor dents and scratches on the re-oiled stock. The bayonet has a mottled blend of gray and brown patina and some slight oxidation. Mechanically excellent.
