Manufactured in 1917. The barrel has the two-line address and "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER .44-40" markings, the frame has the two-line patent dates marking with a Rampant Colt, the replacement cylinder is numbered "445" and matching serial numbers on the frame, trigger guard, back strap and both grip panels.

Very good. The revolver retains 25% original blue finish and traces of original case colors in the protected areas with the balance a smooth gray patina. The grips are good showing some minor dings and scratches and some worn checkering. Mechanically excellent.
