Manufactured in 1942 and subsequently refurbished. Hooded ramped beaded blade front and filler block in the rear sight dovetail with standard barrel markings, and Winchester "WP" proofs on the left side of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Standard receiver markings with a Redfield scope base with Redfield 4x scope, backup rear peep sight, and base for a Lyman receiver sight on the left side of the bridge. The bolt is numbered to the gun. Multi-point wrap around checkered stock with black forend cap, "SUPER GRADE" marked added floor plate, Winchester hard rubber grip cap, and checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine as assembled. Most of the refinished blue finish remains with some light handling marks, sharp markings, and cycling marks on the bolt. The wood is fine as refinished with some slight gaps around the tangs and buttplate, scattered small dings, and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The scope is excellent with clear optics.
