Beaded blade front and three-leaf (one standing, two folding) express rear sight on the half octagon barrel with flourishes of light scroll engraving. The only visible marking on the barrel is "50 ALASKAN" between the rear sight and receiver on the left flat. Receiver is engraved with scroll patterns overall with a gold highlighted deer scene on the right, and elk on the left. Checkered forearm and pistol grip buttstock with a cartridge trap, and checkered steel buttplate.

Very good as professionally converted to .50 Alaskan. 99% of the blue finish remains with sharp engraving on the barrel and receiver. There are some small gaps around the buttstock/receiver junction and the added cartridge trap does sit slightly proud to the wood. Mechanically excellent.
