Blade front sight and fixed buckhorn rear sight on barrel marked "REMINGTON 50 cal" on the top flat. Left flat is marked "ER. 1816 - 0147". The lock plate is unmarked. Fancy straight grip stock with brass fixtures, ramrod, forearm tip, three sets of escutcheons, pistol grip trigger guard, double set triggers, engraved patch box, raised cheek piece and crescent buttplate.

Excellent with 97% of the original brown finish on the barrel and lock displaying light oxidation around the rear sight base, handling marks, and scrapes on the frizzen. The wood is also excellent with light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
