Manufactured in 1961. Red bead front and steel bead mid sights on the rib with standard barrel markings, 2 3/4 inch chamber, Winchester "WP" proofs correctly offset to the left on the barrel and receiver at the breech, and "WS-1" marked choke. With a diamond pattern checkered extension forearm and pistol grip buttstock with a checkered plastic Winchester buttplate. Stock measurements are: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 3/8 inch drop at heel; 13 3/4 inch length of pull.

Very fine as partially refinished. The barrel has 99% of the high polished reblue finish remaining, and a slight ripple visible down the length from polishing. The receiver has 99% original blue finish with some light surface scratches and handling marks. The wood is excellent with sharp checkering, and some light dings. Mechanically excellent.
