The .219 Zipper caliber was manufactured between 1937 and 1941. Standard Winchester markings including the factory oval proof on the barrel and receiver at the breech, hooded ramp front sight, filler block in the rear sight dovetail slot, peep sight mounted to the bolt, checkered forearm and buttstock with hard rubber Winchester grip cap, and checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine. 80% original blue finish remains with scattered surface scratches and dings overall, high point and edge wear, and traces of light spotting. The revarnished wood is fine with small dings overall, a few larger dents, and areas where the varnish has chipped away. Mechanically excellent.
