Manufactured in 1938. It has dovetailed blade front, replacement marble folding leaf rear and Lyman tang peep sights, standard Winchester markings including the factory oval proof on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech, 10-groove round forearm and smooth straight grip stock with plastic buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 95% original blue finish showing some minor slide retraction wear and thinning on the trigger guard and lower tang. The wood is also excellent showing a few minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
