The floor plate is also matching with the last four digits of serial number, 4961. There is a single "crown/U" proof visible on the left side of the chamber, and no visible military proofs or markings. With a Mauser marked wood holster stock with (correctly) no number on the attaching iron, and a leather carry rig with cleaning rod.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. 85% original blue finish remains with areas of edge wear, small scratches, some light brown patina, and handling marks overall. The grips are also fine with some small dings and flat spots. Mechanically excellent. The refinished shoulder stock is fine with small dings throughout, and clear Mauser marking. The carry rig is good. With visible wear, some mild age cracking, and overall solid construction.
