Adopted in 1921. Manufactured without sights, with the Kokura Arsenal stamp and model nomenclature on the left side of the frame above the serial number, a bobbed double-action only hammer, and a pair of ribbed grips with a lanyard ring at the base. With a brown leather flap holster.

Excellent, with 90% plus of the original blue finish, showing areas of gray patina, scattered spotting, and tool marks on the screws. The grips are also excellent, with some light dings, and the holster is good with scratches and scuffs appropriate to age and use, as well as some faded collector-style hand markings on the flap. The muzzle is dented, otherwise mechanically excellent.
