Manufactured in 1944 with standard fixed blade front and notch rear sights, standard slide markings with "eagle/swastika" firing proofs on the slide, barrel, and locking block, "eagle/WaA135" acceptance marks and matching serial numbers on the frame, slide, barrel and block. Fitted with a set of ribbed black plastic grips and a "P38v/U" marked magazine.

Excellent overall. The barrel shows 95% of the original blue finish and the slide and frame 90% of the original gray phosphate, with some light cycling wear, bright edge wear, mild handling marks and light spotting. The grips are very fine, with some deep scuffs and scattered scratches. Mechanically excellent.
