Manufactured in March of 1943. Replacement "NM/.062" blade front and adjustable peep rear sight with a "S SI-" elevation drum and a Springfield "SA 3-53" barrel. The bolt, trigger housing, hammer, safety and operating rod are all Springfield components. The stock has been lightly glass bedded, with no visible stamps/cartouches. With a United Cutlery bayonet, 14 1/2" overall length, 10 inch blade, ribbed grips.

Very good as assembled/refurbished, with 80% of the thin arsenal parkerized finish, showing some light handling marks overall. The stock is very good, with some dings and dents. Mechanically excellent.

Blade front and 2-leaf rear sights, with a "3-43" dated Underwood barrel, unmarked Type I sling swivel, "GE-O" rear sight base, flat bolt, milled trigger guard, button safety and an "LT-Q" magazine catch. With a high-wood, 2-rivet stock marked "Q-RMC" in the sling slot and "crossed cannons" on the opposite side.

Fine as restored to early configuration, with 75% of the parkerized finish, showing a slightly darker tone to the barrel, bright edge/cycling wear, and mild handling marks overall. The stock is good, with scuffs and dents. Mechanically excellent.
