Description:

Manufactured in 1944, part of the second Winchester serial block. Blade front and "H in shield" marked adjustable rear sights, with an undated "W" barrel, Type II barrel band, flat bolt, "X" and "W" marked milled trigger guard, "W" hammer, ""EW"" button safety and a "W" magazine catch. Low wood stock, with a four-rivet handguard, crossed cannons on the right side, "W" sling cut, and a checkered buttplate. With a green canvas sling, an "IW" marked magazine, and a "BW" marked extra magazine.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with 90% of the original parkerized finish, showing some light wear and handling marks overall. The stock is fine, with some chipping around the barrel band, a dent in the oiler cut, and scattered light dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
