Description:

It has "BECKLEY" in a banner on the left and "OXFORD" in a matching banner on the right, flourishes of English scrollwork, alternating proofs on the barrel, and smooth grips. It comes in an English fitted case with green baize lining, a Beckley trade label, a screw on bayonet, some lead balls, oiler, cap containers, silver powder flask with cap and ball compartments, nipple wrench, screwdriver, bore rod, and bullet mold.

Rating Definition:

Fine as professionally restored with vibrant case colors and heat blue finish. The period grips are somewhat undersized due to shrinkage. Mechanically excellent. The relined case and most of the accessories are very good.
