Manufactured in 1929, this Colt 1903 features a fine full nickel finish, with "->RH<-" inscribed on the right side of the frame and a pair of fine mother of pearl grips, the left panel bearing a Colt medallion and the right decorated with a raised carved steer head. While not documented, the finish appears to be factory work, the initials are sharply and professionally cut, and the steer head is a classic Colt grip design. Fixed sights, with the two-line address and patent markings on the left side of the slide ahead of the Rampant Colt, caliber on the reverse, and the trigger guard marked "51" on the right and "1/VP" on the left. An unnumbered Colt "black box" is included, with a small red/white "PEARL" label on the lid above the standard white/blue model end label, and an instruction sheet inside.

Excellent, with 98% plus of the nickel finish, showing some light wear and handling marks overall. The grips are very fine, with some wear on and around the screw. The box is fair with tears, split edges and overall wear. Mechanically needs adjustment.
