Manufactured in 1925, this Model 1908 is fitted with a pair of checkered walnut grips with the Rampant Colt medallions configured so both horses are facing towards the muzzle. This medallion style is seen on 1908s in a range of 345000-350000. Fixed sights, with the two-line Colt address and patent dates on the left side of the slide ahead of the Rampant Colt, caliber marking on the right, and "74" and "1/VP" on the trigger guard. Fine royal blue finish, with casehardened trigger and safeties, a two-tone magazine and the aforementioned grips.

Very fine, with 85% of the original blue finish, showing a light dent on the slide serration from safety contact, a few scuffs concentrated on the front right area of the slide, dings around the magazine well, bright edge wear, patches of brown patina and mild handling marks. 70% case colors are present on the sides of the trigger and safeties, and a mixed gray on the back of the grip safety. The grips are fine, with some mild dents and verdigris buildup. Mechanically excellent.
